The systems that come your way while you level up

This is one of my working notes, not a notebook entry. I have not verified it in the global client: it is what I follow while I play, taken from the sources below. What I confirm moves to the notebook.
What to do every session
- Follow the main story. That’s what levels you up.
- When the story stops (it happens around levels 12, 22 and 36), do the green quests in the zone.
- Pick up the nodes and feathers along the way.
- When you level up, spend the skill point and the Daevanion crystals.
- Before logging off, claim the pass rewards.
Until level 45 you don’t need to worry about the Market, which is closed, or about Transcendence, raids or the Abyss.
Monolith and feathers
The feathers scattered around the map are called Empyrean Traces. You hand them in at the zone’s Monolith with the “Resonate” button, and each resonance level gives permanent stats and a reward.
- Verteron feathers only work at the Verteron Monolith.
- That Monolith has 30 levels and needs 560 feathers, exactly the number in the zone. There’s nothing to save: hand them all in.
- Cumulative thresholds: level 3 at 5 feathers, level 5 at 20, level 7 at 40, level 10 at 70, level 15 at 140, level 20 at 235.
- What it gives: scrolls for the Revelation Amulet, a piece you never replace, Hidden Cube keys and, according to Inven, up to 112 Wisdom Stones, which are skill points.
- “Sync Empyrean Traces” lets an alt inherit the feathers of your main character.
Gear isn’t sold, it’s extracted
In the merchant’s shop, gear pieces show up greyed out: you can’t sell them. You extract them.
- Open the inventory (the Cube).
- Click the piece, which must be unequipped.
- Press the flask icon in the description panel and confirm.
- It gives enhancement stones and the piece’s appearance, which adds stats just for owning it.
- If the piece was enhanced, it returns the stones spent, but not the Kina or the Manastones.
- There’s no undo, and it’s best not to extract gold gear.
Inventory
- The sort button is at the bottom right of the Cube: two squares with an arrow.
- To sell to a merchant, you switch to sell mode with “Go to Sell”. “List Misc Item” adds all the filler items at once.
- Gathering materials can’t be sold to the merchant: keep them for the Market or for crafting. With membership, the warehouse can be opened remotely.
Odyle Energy
It recharges on its own, 15 every 3 hours, and stacks up to 560, or 840 with membership. Anything over the cap is lost, so you can’t hoard it forever: it fills up in about seven days. It’s spent when you claim expedition rewards, and it pays off most in Conquest expeditions, at level 45.
The two Season 1 passes
| Dawn Legion | Planet’s Call | |
|---|---|---|
| Ends | 16 December 2026 | 28 October 2026 |
| Paid track | 1,500 Quna | 1,000 Quna |
| XP per level | 1,500 | 700 |
| Weekly cap | 50,000 | 15,000 |
I’ve seen these numbers on my screen. XP is earned just by playing, without doing anything special. Buying single levels costs 50 Quna each.
The full comparison is in the entry on the two passes, and the rest of the shop in the note on the paid shop.
What I have seen myself and what I haven’t
Seen on my screen: the Monolith and its buttons, the greyed-out gear in the shop, the two passes and their numbers.
Read and not verified: the Monolith rewards level by level, what extraction returns, and the Odyle Energy cap.
