What people say

Guides talk about “the Daeva Pass” as if there were only one, at 1,500 Quna, and list it as the second purchase after the membership. The most detailed analysis I’ve read calls the long pass “Ishalgen Mercenary”.

What happens

The shop has two passes at the same time, each with a free row and a paid row. This is what my screen showed on 6 October:

Dawn Legion Planet’s Call
Runs 30 September to 16 December 30 September to 28 October
Paid row 1,500 Quna 1,000 Quna
XP per level 1,500 700
Weekly XP cap 50,000 15,000
Levels per week, at most 33 21
Buying a single level 50 Quna 50 Quna
On subscribing, all at once 5 crystals 20 scrolls

Both end at 09:00, local time. You can’t see how many levels each one has.

Pass XP builds up even if you don’t pay: without having subscribed to either, I was at level 6 on both and had collected the free row. That week I had 8,510 of 50,000 on the long one and 3,530 of 15,000 on the short one.

In Dawn Legion the paid row gives much bigger amounts than the free one: 100,000 versus 10,000 at level 4, and 50 versus 20 at level 5. In Planet’s Call the amounts are small, one to three items per level.

About the name: on my client, with an Elyos character, the long pass is called Dawn Legion. Ishalgen is the Asmodian starting zone, so I suspect the name changes with your faction. I haven’t seen it on an Asmodian client.

What to do

You don’t need to decide on day one: the pass levels up the same without paying. What I haven’t checked is whether, if you subscribe late, you get the paid row for the levels you’ve already passed; look into it before leaving it to the end.

The short one is the urgent one: it ends on 28 October and the weekly cap won’t let you catch up all at once on what you missed. Buying single levels at 50 Quna only makes sense if the pass is ending and you’re just a few short.
