What it’s for
It’s engraved on gear. When you attack, there’s a 5% chance to poison: 300 damage every 2 seconds for 20 seconds, and the effect can’t trigger more than once per second. If you engrave two identical ones, only one counts, so don’t double up.
When you use it, it doesn’t stay in your inventory: it goes to the Enhancement window.
Where it drops
Metabot has no source for it. The unbound version is sold on the Market.
